When it's time to place an order, you email us, we talk to you to make sure we have all of your variants and options correct so that we're all on the same page. Once we verify that everything is correct, then you pay(if any special connectors that are needed for your order that are normally not stocked are ordered at this time, it helps to keep overhead low) and the building process begins. We do it this way so the turnaround time from when you pay till the time you receive your products is greatly reduced. It leads to less stress for both you the customer and us and everyone is happy.
